Carol Schwartz, CEC, has years of experience in group work, team building, and one-on-one coaching. She is a certified Personal Trainer with an educational background in social work and psychology. Carol is the Director for the iPEC Texas school for Life and Business Coaching. She also does one-on-one coaching. Her coaching specialty is in the area of Health and Wellness, which includes stress management coaching, coaching for life balance, coaching for weight management, life purpose coaching and personal empowerment coaching. Carol's coaching includes working with men and women and she always offers a free 1/2 hr. phone session to learn more about coaching. Carol is the facilitator for the Katy Powerful You! Chapter, is a member of Toastmasters and works as a life coach for bariatric patients in Dr. Ricardo Bonnor's ,M.D., F.A.C.S., Katy office. Her sense of fun and her natural interest in "personal evolution" shines through in all she does.

Carol lives with her husband and two children in Katy. She moved from Long Island, NY in November 2007 and LOVES living in TEXAS.
